About Us
Coinwatch (UK) Limited was founded in 1984 in Australia and introduced in the United Kingdom in 1996. The unique feature of Coinwatch timepieces is the genuine pre-decimal coin or minted dial as the watch face displaying a significant year date such as a birthday, anniversary or other special event. The beauty of the British coin designs with their symbols of the reigning monarch are available in a choice of year dates between 1915 - 1967 from pre-decimal currency or any year date can be diamond engraved on an exclusively minted commemorative medallion. We select the most beautiful and interesting, mostly circulation, coins in fine to extra fine grade ensuring the full beauty will show through in our unique timepieces.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any timepieces that you wish to purchase to your order. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order Timepiece' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Coinwatch welcomes any major credit card. Alternatively, you can print the order form available on the site and post it to us together with your card details, a cheque or postal orders made payable to Coinwatch (UK) Ltd.
Shipping And Handling
Current charge for orders is £5.50 for despatch of orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery within UK. Overseas is £8.50 for International Registered Post.
Delivery Schedule
Coinwatch timepieces are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 - 10 days from receipt of your order subject to availability. Bi-toned coins are individually hand crafted and may take longer to supply, which we will confirm.
Customers will be informed of any delays and/or non-availability and, if applicable, alternative choice(s).
Tax Charges
Prices stated include 17.5% Value Added Tax for orders made from the UK and other European Union countries. All orders outside these countries are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
SSL is used on the 'checkout' pages of the Coinwatch UK website. SSL encrypts data, like credit cards numbers (as well other personally identifiable information), which prevents people from stealing your information for malicious intent. You can tell that you're on an SSL protected page when the address in the address bar starts with "https" and there is a padlock icon at the bottom of the page.
Guarantee
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your Coinwatch timepiece simply return it to us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund in full without question. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk
Terms of Coinwatch 3-Year International Renewable Guarantee
Congratulations on having chosen a genuine Coinwatch featuring an authentic coin or medallion. Your watch has been manufactured and tested to meet the strictest standards of quality.
Only Coinwatch and its appointed agents are authorised to provide Guarantee Service. Please return the watch to either your Coinwatch retailer or the service centre nearest you for Guarantee service.
Your Coinwatch is guaranteed worldwide to be free of any defects in workmanship or materials, excluding damage caused by careless handling, normal wear and tear or unauthorised tampering, for 3 years* from the date of purchase.
On presentation of the guarantee card, duly filled out and dated, any Coinwatch retailer or service centre will arrange repair of the watch free of charge. No other claims under warranty other than those indicated herein will be admitted. Mailing expenses are payable by the sender.
*Renewable Option
By presenting your Coinwatch with your Guarantee card for a battery charge, inspection and service every 3 years, your guarantee will be renewed for a further 3 years. A small fee applies to this service (currently £20.00 inclusive of registered post for the return of your watch).

Privacy Policy
Coinwatch do not disclose customers' information to third parties other than to its parent and sister Companies Crown Lane Services Ltd and Award Productions Ltd as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third parties will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
